Axonplaypir serves exclusively as a booking facilitator and concierge. When you request an event booking through our Site, we coordinate with the respective hotel to generate a customized proposal. The final, legally binding contract for the event space, catering, accommodation, and related services will be established directly between you (the Client) and the Hotel. Axonplaypir is not a party to that final event contract and assumes no liability for the execution of the event.
All prices listed on the Site (e.g., "From NOK 4,500") are indicative starting prices meant for general guidance. Final pricing is subject to change based on seasonality, exact guest count, bespoke event requirements, and hotel availability. All quotes provided by our concierge team will clearly state applicable taxes, including Norwegian Value Added Tax (MVA), and any mandatory service charges.
In most instances, deposits and final payments are made directly to the partner hotel according to their specific payment schedules. If Axonplaypir processes an initial securing deposit on behalf of the hotel, it will be clearly communicated. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Cancellation policies for events, banquets, and full venue buyouts are strictly dictated by the specific hotel's terms and conditions outlined in your final contract. Axonplaypir does not dictate or override these policies. Axonplaypir does not process refunds for venue deposits; these must be negotiated and handled directly by the partner hotel.
Users agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Site in any way that infringes the rights of, restricts, or inhibits anyone else's use of the Site. False, fraudulent, or speculative booking inquiries are strictly prohibited and may result in a ban from our services and potential legal action.
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Axonplaypir or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axonplaypir, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site, reliance on any information provided on the Site, or from any failures, cancellations, injuries, or service issues arising directly from the partner hotels.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
